Didn't try the food, but this bar is an old time classic. The walls are covered with celebrity autographs and the bras and panties on the ceiling will leave you feeling giddy. The service was excellent. The band was excellent. Overall I give them an A+

If you never tried foods here, please don’t. They are terrible, but I have to admit broccoli was ok. Still it isn’t Outback Steakhouse. There are disgusting underwear everywhere. Not relevant anymore I assume. The dance floor is incredibly small. It’s beautiful to watch however. They are mostly seniors and seem to enjoy a lot. Atmosphere is great. I feel no anguish except that terrible dinner I ordered couldn’t be finished.

Went on a Sunday afternoon, following a band I like. There aren’t enough counter bars, or places with a true dance floor - so points there. Their tap selection was good, and a beer was $8. It was a little too small, incredibly loud, crowded, the bar tender was rude to my friend, and the energy was chaotic. The vibe was “spring break, but 30 years later.” The clientele was extremely irritating, with drunks crashing into people in the dance floor and trying to flaunt… something? Pros: country, dance floor, live music, good beer, dancers

This place is awesome, an authentic cowboy style bar that takes you back to a different era of life!! The staff was friendly and fun, great selection, all sorts of memorabilia, funny pictures and tons to look at while you enjoy a cold one!! Cal is a great guy and I’m glad I was able to meet him in his bar! Next time you’re in San Juan Capistrano, check out the Swallow’s Inn!!

Very fun bar with live band. Closest to country saloon bar in SoCal. Lots of interesting decorations hanging from the ceiling. Good to dance and loud singing.
